The Kingdom of God here on earth is in a warfare.


The spreading of the gospel is akin to spreading the good news to the afflicted and oppressed victims in the war of a solid shelter within the gates of the Kingdom.
This belongs to the defence stratagem of warfare.

Now, what then is the offense stratagem of the Kingdom of God?
It is certainly in the healing of the sick, casting out the devils, raise the dead and cleansing of the lepers by the Word of God.

It is a wonder after all that Christ has done for us who professed as believers and even disciples that we chose to continue living in fear as victims of war, cowing comfortably behind the safety gates of the Kingdom of God.

It is a wonder how many of us turned a blind eye and ignored the compassion for the poor, needy, afflicted and oppressed victims of this warfare outside the gates of the Kingdom.

Has not God given us the authority of our Saviour Jesus as we abide in Him and blessed us with fullness of the Holy Spirit Himself to dwell in us in power?

So brethens, is it not right that it is your duty and the will of God to take up your swords of God, wearing the full armours of God and go out in full offensive force against the powers of darkness to expand the realm of the Kingdom of God?

If you do not take courage and boldness to take the offensive, but prefer to hide behind the gates as a hearer and not a do-er, how do you hope to learn and truly understand the Way that Jesus showed us, live out the Life that He lived and see the Truth that He stands for?

Has Christ died in vain for you?
