Ministering Healing by the Gift of Faith

Ministering Healing by the Gift of Faith

Putting together the journey and write-ups that my Lord Jesus through the Holy Spirit taught on divine healing in a month of fastings and prayers (others and my own) that lead to my receiving a living faith for my healing of a seriously impaired eyesight...
That you may help yourself and also minister divine healing to others...

A) Readings of Testimonies of Miracles and Healings

I started reading the following books of testimonies of miracles and healings as lead by the Holy Spirit:

I Believe in Miracles
God Can Do It Again
Nothing Is Impossible With God

#######

B) A Practice of the Presence of God:

Recently, as much as I could, I pray these words in my spirit either silently or out loud when nobody is around, unceasingly:

Praise Jesus! Praise Jesus!

Each time that I Praise Him, I meant it more and more, deeper and deeper and it never gets bored especially when prayed in the spirit (the same place wherein is the source of the speaking in tongues, not our mind).
Let the Holy Spirit lead the words to praise other than the words "Praise Jesus" too.

This leads to an absolute surrender to Him, at least while praying unceasingly, and the enemy then has no opportunity to come between Christ and me.

There are blessings when we are constantly in His Presence!

C) A word of Wisdom
On Ministering Healing by the Gift of Faith

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9 KJV

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1 KJV

Faith is not a condition of the mind; it is not a mental assent.
Faith cannot be manufactured.
Faith cannot be worked up.
Faith needs no struggling and striving.
Faith does not belong to the metaphysical realm.
Faith is not of our will; it is of God's Will alone.
Faith is not the belief of the mind.

Faith is the belief of the heart (spirit).
Faith lives and throbs.
Faith can be received only as it is imparted to the heart, by God Himself.

Therefore,
Faith is not intellectual, but spiritual.
It is primarily of heart not of mind.

Genuine, scriptural faith is not our ability to count it done, but is the deep consciousness divinely imparted to the heart of man that it is done.

It is the faith that only God can give.

Jesus Christ is the Author and Finisher of our faith.
The Holy Spirit is the power whereby it is imparted to our heart.
He is our Faith.

Principles for the Prayer of Faith:

1) When praying for the healing of another, pray in the posture and in an absolute surrender of willingness to die for the person in exchange of getting them healed, just as Jesus did.

Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
Matthew 8:17 KJV

2) When you pray, see the afflicted or oppressed what he could be when he is delivered from the power of sin or sicknesses or afflictions.

What things soever ye desire,
when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them,
and ye shall have them.
Mark 11:24 KJV

~~~
Conditions to receive the Faith of God:
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
Colossians 3:12 KJV
1) Long-suffering and Mercy
- Compassion, Love
When you pray, for whom you pray, surround not only by prayer but with an overwhelming love as God loved.
See the afflicted or oppressed through the eyes of God's love.
But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
Matthew 9:36 KJV
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1 John 4:7 KJV
No man hath seen God at any time.
If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1 John 4:12 KJV
And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
Colossians 3:14 KJV
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves:
for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
1 Peter 4:8 KJV
2) Meekness and Humility
- Lowliness in heart, in mind and in deed
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart:
and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Matthew 11:29 KJV
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Philippians 2:3 KJV
For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Luke 14:11 KJV
D) A word of Wisdom
On The Key to Receive Healing
Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
Matthew 8:17 KJV
... and with his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah 53:5 KJV
... by whose stripes ye were healed.
1 Peter 2:24 KJV
Many of us who are honest born-again believers have experienced,
either of ourselves or have observed in others, who are afflicted or oppressed in sicknesses and diseases,
Whom has been repeatedly asking for prayers for healing and has indeed been prayed for numerous of times,
But their sufferings did not seemed to be lifted by the LORD.
We have prayed and prayed, struggled and struggled hard to believe the promises of God the Healer in His Word but to no avail.
But we know that God's Word is True.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever more.
So, what seems to be the problem?
Now, the reason is this:
We can believe a promise, and at the same time not have the faith to appropriate it.
We have formed the habit of trying to appropriate by belief;
forgetting for a while that belief is a mental quality, and that when we try to believe ourselves into an experience, that our belief is actually resting on our own faith and not the faith of God.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9 KJV
The faith of God is not an intellectual belief of the mind but is a heart belief that can only be imparted by God and not of our works.
How do we appropriate this heart belief, the faith of God that heals?
The key is found in the following Scriptures that we have read so many times yet have managed to miss it:
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Matthew 7:7‭-‬8 KJV
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1 John 3:22 KJV
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Matthew 21:22 KJV
Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
John 16:24 KJV
Therefore I say unto you,
What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Mark 11:24 KJV
###
The key is in the word "receive".
###
After having prayed and asked for our supplications to God and believed in receiving that which we ask the Lord to do according to His promise, we stopped short here and the struggles, waverings and doubts begins.
No, that is not the end of the conditions being laid out by the Lord for the fulfillment of His promise.
There is one more thing that we need to do on our part after our intercession in the Name of Jesus when the deliverance and miracle has not yet come.
We need to remain in the posture to:
1) Wait on God in meekness and lowliness in heart and mind,
and patiently but fervently yearn to,
2) RECEIVE the living faith of Jesus in the Holy Spirit
Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17 KJV
Meditate on the Word of God
1) Praising Jesus! unceasingly
2) Listen attentively to the Holy Spirit and expect to receive the living faith any time now
By grace, the instant that God in the Holy Spirit, imparts this heart belief for healing to us, through a living and throbbing faith in our heart,
You are healed!!
All Praise, All Glory and All Honour to the living God!
Jesus is alive!
E) A word of Wisdom
On A Practice to Receive Faith for Healing
Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17 KJV
The faith for the Salvation of the soul is the same faith for the Salvation of the body, which is divine healing.
Now, just as in the salvation of the soul whereby you are saved the moment living faith is received which is imparted to you by God the Holy Spirit,
You are divinely healed of the afflictions and oppressions of the body the very instant you received the living faith imparted by God.
Therefore, receive faith for the healing of the body just as you would receive faith for Salvation and appropriate it for divine healing.
Since faith comes to us by hearing and hearing by the Word of God,
We obey and follow similarly the way Salvation is being appropriated.
Hear and Listen to the Word of God:
1) Call upon the Name of LORD Jesus
- Praise Jesus out loud, unceasingly
- Call upon Jesus to heal you
"LORD Jesus, heal me!"
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13 KJV
2) Read and meditate on one verse of healing that the Lord impresses upon you.
-------
Eg.
The centurion answered and said,
Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof:
but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
Matthew 8:8 KJV
"LORD Jesus, speak the word only and Thy servant shall be healed!"
-------
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9 KJV
By His grace, the moment you receive the living faith imparted by the Holy Spirit upon your heart, through this living faith, being appropriated for the salvation of your body, you are healed.
