A word of Knowledge: Sing with the spirit

A word of Knowledge: Sing with the spirit  The basis for Singing with the spirit (note, not Spirit), which is singing in tongues: Since the time I started singing with the spirit, I discovered there is a blessing upon my soul that comes with the singings. 1 Corinthians 14:14-15 KJV For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.  [15] What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

A word of Wisdom: By men or by God?

A word of Wisdom: By men or by God? Galatians 1:1 KJV Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) Galatians 1:11-12 KJV But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.  [12] For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. How many of the pastors dare to claim that you are appointed and ordained by Jesus Christ, and God the Father and not by men and not of men? John 10:12-13 KJV But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.  [13] The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. A word of Wisdom: Anointed vs Appointed

Image
A word of Wisdom: Anointed vs Appointed In Christianity,  the apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers and pastors are anointed by God with the calling, the gifts and the power to serve as servants for God's people, for the Kingdom of God. They are ordained by God to take positions in their called roles as a result of their actual experiences in the service and ministering in the Kingdom of God. Every member of the Church serves in their own capacity and gifts for the Kingdom of God. There is no laity, every one of the Body is a royal priest of God and is expected to minister by their own gifts anointed of them by God and to be a Witness for God, to neighbours and to one another alike. ~~~ In Churchianity,  the pastors, elders, preachers and lay leaders of all kinds are ordained by panels of men to be officially appointed by the leaders onto their various leadership positions in the church institutions and community because of their seminary education, social status, leadersh...

A word of Wisdom: Hearer or Do-er? James 1:22 KJV But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Christianity: Teaches to observe, to DO all things whatsoever Jesus (the Way, the Truth and the Life) has commanded us FIRST, and THEN the UNDERSTANDING of the Word of God comes thereafter. A word of Wisdom: Discern, Not Judge

A word of Wisdom: Discern, Not Judge Discerning of spirits is the way of the spiritual man. Judging is the way of the natural man. Matthew 7:1-5 KJV Judge not, that ye be not judged.  [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.  [3] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?  [4] Or how wilt thou say to thy brother,  Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?  [5] Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. John 7:24 KJV Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. ~~~ 1 Corinthians 12:7,10 KJV But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. .. to another discerning of spirits;  1 Corinthians 2:14-16 KJV But the natural ...
