A word of Wisdom: Anointed vs Appointed
A word of Wisdom:
Anointed vs Appointed
In Christianity,
the apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers and pastors are anointed by God with the calling, the gifts and the power to serve as servants for God's people, for the Kingdom of God.
They are ordained by God to take positions in their called roles as a result of their actual experiences in the service and ministering in the Kingdom of God.
Every member of the Church serves in their own capacity and gifts for the Kingdom of God.
There is no laity, every one of the Body is a royal priest of God and is expected to minister by their own gifts anointed of them by God and to be a Witness for God,
to neighbours and to one another alike.

In Churchianity,
the pastors, elders, preachers and lay leaders of all kinds are ordained by panels of men to be officially appointed by the leaders onto their various leadership positions in the church institutions and community because of their seminary education, social status, leadership experiences and according to the rules and princes of the world.
There is a separation as of a chasm, of the leadership clergy and the laity common people, both whose activities are mainly centered and oriented around and towards serving the needs and wants of their own church institution, their own church comnunity and also at times, extending their resources and services to the poor and needy of the world.

Matthew 20:25-28 KJV
But Jesus called them unto him, and said,
Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
[26] But it shall not be so among you:
but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
[27] And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
[28] Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Matthew 15:12-14 KJV
Then came his disciples, and said unto him,
Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
[13] But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
[14] Let them alone:
they be blind leaders of the blind.
And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
Matthew 23:1-16 KJV
Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
[2] Saying,
The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
[3] All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do;
but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.
[4] For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
[5] But all their works they do for to be seen of men:
they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
[6] And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
[7] And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.
[8] But be not ye called Rabbi:
for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
[9] And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
[10] Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
[11] But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
[12] And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
[13] But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men:
for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
[14] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer:
therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
[15] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
[16] Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say,
Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing;
but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
[17] Ye fools and blind:
for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
