Seek the Kingdom of God

A word of Wisdom
On Seek the Kingdom of God

Luke 12:31-32 KJV
But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
[32] Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Matthew 6:33-34 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
[34] Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

It has long been my (mis)understanding that "Seek ye the Kingdom of God" is referring to my seeking to do the good works for the Kingdom.
While this is true, this is not exactly what the Lord is saying here.

To understand what the Lord is instructing us, we need to know what the Kingdom of God is like.

The Kingdom of God is a realm full of the Glory of God, a place full of light and there is no darkness.
There is no worry nor sorrow nor sickness nor death.
Everything is good and in plentiful abundance and there is no lack nor want whatsoever.
Everything is perfect.

Now, the Lord is telling us, instead of worrying about our provisions, supplication, needs and the future (the morrow), all we have to do is to seek all these things that in the Kingdom of God!
It is a truth as simple as that but our carnal minds tend to over-spiritualised it.

Matthew 6:32 KJV
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

Therefore, Jesus' instruction to us is simply to keep our thoughts, prayers and desires intently focused, seeking every single thing we need or in lack of, on the plentifully abundant Kingdom of God and the Heavenly Father will make provisions of these things to us.

[32] Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

If the Gentiles also seek these things by their ways of man, shouldn't we as the children of God be provided even more abundantly of these things by the ways of God?
It is the Father's good pleasure to give us the Kingdom;
wealth, health and success, all that is in the Kingdom!

We simply have to ask and seek the Father for that which is abundantly available in His Kingdom and it shall be opened to us.

Matthew 7:7-8 KJV
Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
[8] For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
