The Breath of Life
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;
and man became a living soul.
Genesis 2:7 KJV
Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones;
Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
Ezekiel 37:5-6 KJV
We know that the natural man of the flesh have devised different practices of breathing exercises that bring health to the body, mind and soul, even though they have not a single bit of knowledge and understanding on the origin of this breath that gives them life, the Lord God.
They do not know the mysteries of how and why these exercises work well for them even as they blindly practises them but we do know from the Word of God.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6 KJV
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
John 11:25 KJV
Now, surely, we, the Spirit-man who have been given the knowledge and understanding of the mysteries and origin of this breath, in that Jesus is this Life,
can certainly create more superior forms of breathing exercises that are much more effective and beneficial to our spirit, soul and body.

A simple breathing exercise:
And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them,
Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
John 20:22-23 KJV
1) Every time when you breathe in through your nostrils, be reminded that it is Jesus, our Lord God who is breathing into you this Spirit of Life.
You are receiving every breath from Jesus.
2) Inhale, deeply and slowly, the breath all the way down into your bellly through your lungs and bones.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
John 7:38 KJV
3) As you exhale out of your belly through your nostrils or mouth,
be conscious of the Presence of the Holy Spirit in you,
as rivers of living water flowing out of your belly together with your breath;
His virtue being delivered to every part of your spirit, soul and body.
