Speaking the Word with boldness is to be accomplished with the backing in evidence by the stretching forth of His hand through us to heal and that signs and wonders be done.

The answer to the prayer to speak the Word with boldness is by being filled with the Holy Spirit.

How is it we do not read the verses plainly as it is, receive it as Truth and obey and do it as we have been instructed?
