A word of Wisdom

for a deepening experience in His Word,

Read as though you are the author speaking the Word.

Now, we know that the truth of every word of Scripture we read is inspired or even spoken by the Spirit of God, regardless of the language of translation, through the authors of Scripture.

This includes Jesus.

Then answered Jesus and said unto them, 

Verily, verily, I say unto you, 

The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

John 5:19 KJV

Therefore, when we read the Word of God, we must read it as it really is, that is, the infallible word that came out of the mouth of God by the Holy Spirit through the mouth and hand of the different authors of each Book of the Bible.

We will be able to read as though we are the authors speaking because the same Spirit that was present in these saintly authors and Jesus Himself is also dwelling in us now and is reading through our eyes.

We are in fact, re-enacting all the experiences of the Holy Spirit who is in us when He spoke through the authors of the Bible.

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Romans 8:11 KJV

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Romans 8:14 KJV

Hence, it is important that before you begin to read the Bible, get into His Presence first, otherwise you would just be reading by your educated carnal mind or at most with a partially Spirit-filled mind.

In order to get hold of His Presence, direct all your attention and intention to our LORD Jesus. 

It also helps to pray first, especially to pray in tongue, and get hold of His TANGIBLE Presence and realised that He is dwelling within you this very moment (and forever more).

(If for any reason you are not able to know His Presence, get down on your knees and ask the Father, in the Name of Jesus, for the Baptism with the Holy Spirit, that you hunger and desire to receive His Holy Spirit right now. 

He is true to His Promises and He will do it for you.
