{A Resurrection Day Message)

Luke 24:1-7 KJV

Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. 

[2] And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. 

[3] And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. 

[4] And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 

[5] And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? 

[6] He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, 

[7] Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

There! This is the reason why Christianity is so different from any other faith or belief systems.

Jesus Christ did not come that you could have a religion.

No, He came that you might have Life, the very Risen Life that is in Him, He gave it to you. 

John 10:10-11 KJV

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 

[11] I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Jesus Christ is risen from the dead on the third day.

Jesus Christ is alive yesterday, today and forever more!

There is none like Him on earth throughout all history of humanity.

This is a feat that only God Almighty Himself could perform.

Yes! Jesus Christ is the only one true living God! 

Everyone else, every other religious leader that exist in this world will either die or are already very dead in their graves.

Jesus Christ is the only one who is still alive, even now!

1 Corinthians 15:13-14 KJV

But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 

[14] And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

1 Corinthians 15:17 KJV

And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

Why would you believe in any other mortal man of their teachings and philosophies when they are so very dead in their graves?

What can dead powerless mere mortal men who are as dust themselves now do for you?

We have nobody else that we can believe in but Jesus Christ,

For He is Risen!

John 3:15 KJV

That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.

He who is alive and is God, being anything but a mere mortal, 

promises to give you eternal life.

Isaiah 46:11 KJV

Yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV

For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

If God has said it, it shall come to pass. 

Have no doubt about it at all.

No other man can promise you to do anything for you because they are dead. 

John 14:6 KJV

Jesus saith unto him, 

I am the way, the truth, and the life: 

no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Who else can you follow in this world? 

Why would you want to follow any other man other than He who is Risen and very much Alive today? 

Why would you want to follow any brethrens, pastors, preachers or professors other than the living God Himself? 

John 10:27-28 KJV

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 

[28] And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Now, because He is Risen and very much Alive, the living God can, will and do speak to you today, even right now. 

He is absolutely interested and involved in your life this very moment! 

Hebrews 3:7-8 KJV

Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear His voice, 

[8] Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:

Hebrews 3:12 KJV

Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

If you have been following after the temptations and pleasures of the world, 

He says, "Come onto me!"

If you have been following after the philosophies of men, 

He says, "Come onto me!"

If you have been following after the doctrines of men not by the Spirit, 

He says, "Come onto me!"

If you have been following after the traditions of men not worshipping God in spirit and in truth, 

He says, "Come onto me!"

If you have been following after the idolatry of false gods or even after men - political or religious, 

He says, "Come onto me!"

Revelation 22:17 KJV

And the Spirit and the bride say, 

Come. 

And let him that heareth say, 

Come. 

And let him that is athirst come. 

And whosoever will, 

let him take the water of life freely.
