A word of Wisdom: Bless or Curse

A word of Wisdom:

Bless or Curse

Proverbs 18:21 KJV

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

James 3:8-10 KJV

But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

[9] Therewith bless we God, even the Father;

and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.

[10] Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing.

My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

The law of the Kingdom of God for faith is such that the words that come out of our mouth in faith - believing the substance of things hoped for, without wavering or doubie-mindedness, it shall come to pass.

James 1:6-8 KJV

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.

For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

[7] For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

[8] A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Hebrews 11:1 KJV

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

When the words that we speak in faith in the substance of things we hoped for,

be it intentionally or unintentionally,

are of good and of excellent substance,

it is becomes a blessing.

But when the words that speak in faith in the substance of things hoped for,

be it intentionally or unintentionally,

are of evil and of bad, negative substance,

it becomes a curse.

The fallen nature and unrenewed mind of man has the tendency and bias to believe deeply with ease in the curses that we speak much more than the blessings that come out of our tongues.

Yes, it is our fallen nature to have Faith in the curses than the blessings that we speak.

That is the reason we experience bad things happening much more frequently than the goodness that we receive in our daily, mundane life.

Mark 11:22-24 KJV

And Jesus answering saith unto them,

Have faith in God.

[23] For verily I say unto you,

That whosoever shall SAY unto this mountain,

Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;

and shall not doubt in his heart,

but shall believe that those things which he SAITH shall come to pass;

he shall have whatsoever he SAITH.

[24] Therefore I say unto you,

What things soever ye desire, when ye PRAY,

believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Matthew 21:18-22 KJV

Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

[19] And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it,

Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever.

And presently the fig tree withered away.

[20] And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying,

How soon is the fig tree withered away!

[21] Jesus answered and said unto them,

Verily I say unto you,

If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain,

Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

[22] And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
