The Manner in
Casting Out Devils and Laying Hands to Heal

When casting out devils,

Use shouting once or twice to demonstrate the Authority of the Name of Jesus is fine.

Beyond that, continuing to shout becomes walking in the flesh and not walking in the Spirit any more and the devils could detect our frustrations/worries  instead of faith,

And this will make further shouting snd commands to become ineffectual.

The devil obeys Authority not anger or aggression.

In fact, they feed and thrive on such negative emotions.

When laying hands to heal, shouting in aggression is not necessary.

Instead, do it with compassion, the love of Jesus - not to be confused with sympathy or pity which looks at the symptoms and worries instead of turning our eyes upon Jesus alone and focusing upon the eventual expected healed results, not the sufferings and symptoms.

Jesus shouted only in casting out, once, "come out". 

Jesus never shouted in laying hands but is moved with compassion.
