A word of Wisdom: The Kingdom of God, not the fallen world

 A word of Wisdom:

The Kingdom of God, not the fallen world

Matthew 7:13-14 KJV
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
[14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

We know that the ruler of this fallen world is Satan, the prince of darkness. This fallen world is a part of the kingdom of darkness.
Although we are in this fallen world, we are no longer of this wotld.
It is not our Kingdom.

However, many have gone astray from the narrow way:

The Kingdom of God is not about making this fallen world into a better, beautiful place for everyone to live in.
The Kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking and be merry in this fallen world.
The Kingdom of God is not about having wealth, health and success for the sake of your enjoyment or "live life to the fullest" in this fallen world.

The Kingdom of God is not about changing or transforming this fallen world.
The Kingdom of God is not about enforcing Christian values into this fallen world.

The Kingdom of God is not about politics to place Christians as leaders to rule over this fallen world.
The Kingdom of God is not about economics to place Christians as leaders to rule over this fallen world.

The Kingdom of God is not about Christian-ising a nation in this fallen world.
The Kingdom of God is not about Christian-ising a workplace in this fallen world.
The Kingdom of God is not about Christian-ising a household in this fallen world.

The Kingdom of God is not about making this fallen world into a nice place for Christians.

The Kingdom of God is about the war against the kingdom of darkness for this fallen world.
You cannot turn this fallen world into the Kingdom of God by your human efforts.
That is not what Christ has commissioned you to do.
Your mission and task is to bring in the Kingdom of God into this fallen world as well as to lead the world back to God.

This is WHAT and HOW you are commanded to do:

Mark 16:15-18 KJV
And He said unto them,
[Task 1:]
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

[Task 2:]
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

[Task 3:]
And these signs shall follow them that believe;
In my name shall they cast out devils;
they shall speak with new tongues;
They shall take up serpents;
and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them;
they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Matthew 28:18-20 KJV
[Task 1:]
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,

[Task 2:]
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

[Task 3:]
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Matthew 10:7-8 KJV
[Task 1:]
And as ye go, preach, saying,
The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.

[Task 2:]
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils:

[Task 3:]
freely ye have received, freely give.

Have you even done any of these tasks FIRST before you start coming up with your own carnal ideas of what you are to do for the Kingdom of God?

Matthew 6:32-34 KJV
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
[33] But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
[34] Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Acts 5:29 KJV
We ought to obey God rather than men.

James 1:22-25 KJV
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
[23] For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
[24] For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
[25] But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
