A word of Wisdom: Do Christians need to respond to the Olympic Games, Opening Ceremony? The Olympic Games is the paying of tributes to or even the worship of the twelve Olympians, greek gods who reside in Mount Olympus. Why should there be any surprise or even outrage over the Opening Ceremony or the satanic rituals? They are simply doing what pagan worshippers do. The real question to Christians should have been, Why are you watching and even participating in the athletic events of the Olympic Games, the very acts of idolatry of the greek gods? 1 Kings 18:21 KJV And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. A word of Wisdom: What are you fighting for? John 18:36 KJV Jesus answered,  My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Do you not know that this evil world is not our Kingdom? Do not be blinded by the politicians of the world, regardless of their faith and beliefs. A word of Wisdom:  Have you fallen into Idolatry? Colossians 3:5-6 KJV Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth;  fornication,  uncleanness,  inordinate affection,  evil concupiscence,  and covetousness,  which is idolatry:  [6] For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In recent days, there is an exponential increasing number of unknowing believers who have fallen prey to the trap of idolatry and are still ignorant of it.
