Whose History, Really?

A word of Wisdom:

Whose History, Really?

Does the modern Christianity today resemble the Christianity described in the New Testament at all?

This question has plagued me for many years, even though I know the answer is a definite,

"Certainly not!".

It is only now that the reason and veil has been revealed clearly.

The Churchianity sect of false Christianity, even anti-christ.

We have mistaken the history of Churchianity for the Christianity we read in the Bible;

from the institutionisation of the Church by Constantine to the Reformation to the Protestant movement and the Pentecostal to Charismatic movements,

In the Pentecostal/Charismatic movements, there have been two approaches to "fix" Churchianity to look more like the Christianity of the New Testament.

There is the restorationists approach, commonly looking upon themselves as representing a restoration of the purity and power of the first-century apostolic church.

The other approach is a traditionalist approach.

They formed traditional, ecclesiastical offices in the structure of their churches just like the Protestant Churchianity and instituting traditional liturgies into their Charismatic worship services.

However, such attempts still seek to identify with the traditional, institutional churches which is what Churchianity is all about.

So, neither the restorationist nor the traditionist approach results in the true Christianity of the New Testament as both of their foundations are still built on the grievously erroneous fundamental grounds of Churchianity.

The following is the true identity of Churchianity of which bears the image of the Mother Church and the Protestant churches are really the offsprings of her.

Revelation 17:5-6 KJV

And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

[6] And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

The fact that the thousands of divided denominations of the Protestant Church resemble so much more of the Mother Church than the Church of the New Testament and the innumerable transgressions made consciously and unconsciously against the Word of God in her forms of godliness, traditions of men and carnal practices attests to her blinded iand deceived identity.

The True Christianity

The true history of Biblical Christianity started from the first-century apostolic church in Antioch as written of in the New Testament in the book of Acts, where the disciples were first being called Christians.

Acts 11:26 KJV

And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people.

And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

Throughout history, whether officially recorded or not, there has always been remnant groups of true Christianity being solely led and walked in the witness and power of the Holy Spirit, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God with the Lord confirming the Word preached with signs following just as is written in the New Testament.

These have nothing to do with the traditions, practices, forms of godliness of Churchianity that we called Christianity today.

They are vastly different even in contrary to the Christianity we see today, and are characterised by the following:

It is the absolute surrender of the believers to the leading of the Holy Spirit, which is the Church.

It is the Presence and the moving of the Holy Spirit of the Church wherever they may be sent to or are gathered.

The Church is never an institution nor building nor organisation.

It is the preaching of the gospel of the Kingdom of God together with the healing of the sick by the believers through the witness and power of the Holy Spirit.

The speech and preaching to believers and non-believers are not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

It is the baptism with the Holy Spirit and power endued on high by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself;

God dwelling in man as His temple.

It is the manifestations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in the community of believers and in the world;

The gift of the word of Wisdom,

The gift of the word of Knowledge,

The gift of faith,

The gifts of healing,

The working of miracles,

Prophecy,

Discerning of spirits,

Divers kinda of tongues,

The interpretations of tongues.

It is the following after the apostles' doctrines and fellowship and in breaking of bread, and in prayers, the traditions of the apostolic by the Holy Spirit,

not to be confused with the traditions of carnal men.

It is the observances in all things whatsoever Christ has commanded us, to keep them and to do them by the Holy Spirit,

not to be confused with the "Dos and Do Nots"  rules of Churchianity.

It is the individual followers of Christ walking in the power of the Spirit and not in the flesh going into the world to bring and demonstrate the Salvation offered in the Kingdom of God to the world,

not to be confused with an instituion or building or organisation.

It is each and every member of the Body of Christ doing the good works and greater works against the kingdom of darkness,

not just the charismatic leaders or specially anointed persons or ordained-by-men ministers.

There is no clergy nor laity.

For all are part of the royal priesthood.

There is no leader nor subordinates,

for God, our Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit is our only leader and head.

There is no hierachy nor positional rankings,

for all are brethrens, equal in the sight of God.

No one is to be revered higher than another for the work of God.

We are all sons of God.

For God is no respecter of persons.

There is no one that identify themselves pridefully of their roles and statuses in titles such as Reverend nor Apostle nor Prophet nor Evangelist nor Pastor nor Teacher nor Bishop etc.

For these are simply the work that characterises how the believer functions to wotk together as One Body in the Kingdom.

All are servants of God, not to be confused with the leaders the way it is in the world.

In fact, the greatest of them all is the most humble servant of all.

The least of them all is the one that highly exalted themselves most.

There is a twofold Christian life:

1) The one is that in which we experience something of the operations of the Holy Spirit, just as many did under the old covenant, but do not yet receive Him as the Pentecostal Spirit, as the personal indwelling Guest, concerning whom we know that He has come to abide permanently in our born again spirit.

2) On the other hand, there is a more abundant life, in which the indwelling is known and the full joy and power of redemption are facts of personal experience.

Apart from the Person, Love, Power and Workings of the Holy Spirit there can be no true Christianity.

Apart from hearing and obeying the voice of our Shepherd every moment of our life;

whatsoever He shows us, we do likewise,

there can be no true Christianity.

Apart from the Way, the Truth and the Life of Jesus Christ,

according to how and what He has demonstrated to us in His ministry while on earth for us to follow likewise,

there csn be no true Christianity.

Apart from worshipping of the Father in spirit and in truth,

there can be no true Christianity.

Therefore, question yourself this:

Do you think you are in the camp of true biblical Christianity or are you really serving a different Master in Churchianity?

The reality of the Way you lived your present Christian Life will reveal to you the Truth.

Finally, let us put a stop to teaching and accepting the history of Churchianity as the Christianity written in the New Testament.

That is a lie.

  1. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-17 KJV
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

    [3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
[4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

[5] Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
[6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
[7] For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
[12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

[13] But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
[14] Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
[15] Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

[16] Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
[17] Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
