A word of Wisdom: The Last Days Church

A word of Wisdom:

The Last Days Church

Matthew 15:3,8-9 KJV

But He answered and said unto them,

Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?

[8] This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

[9] But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Mark 7:6-9 KJV

He answered and said unto them,

Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written,

This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

[7] Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

[8] For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

[9] And he said unto them,

Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

The Reformers read the Word and protested against the Roman Catholic Church and gave us the Protestant Church.

Acts 5:29 KJV

We ought to obey God rather than men.

The patriarchs of the Protestant Church read the Word, received revelations and gave us the numerous denominations of the Protestant Church.

Acts 5:29 KJV

We ought to obey God rather than men.

The Revivalists read the Word, received the promised gift of the Holy Ghost, revived the dry bones of the denominational churches and restored the power of the Holy Spirit and gave us the Church Revival Movements.

Acts 5:29 KJV

We ought to obey God rather than men.

However, time and time again after the hand of God was lifted from the Church, we fall back into a blind lukewarmness.

Yet again, laying aside the commandment of God,

we transgressed by our own church traditions, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Once again, as in the times of the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes, following after and exalting the words and teachings of renowned men, scholars, academic professors of divinity, prophets, pastors, preachers and teachers,

not being anointed by the Spirit of God but appointed by men,

instead of the Word and the Comforter.

John 14:26 KJV

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Acts 5:29 KJV

We ought to obey God rather than men.

Alas! What is the remedy for the stiff neck Church this time?

Deuteronomy 31:27 KJV

For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death?

Luke 3:10 KJV

And the people asked him, saying,

What shall we do then?

Luke 3:12 KJV

Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master,

what shall we do?

Luke 3:14 KJV

And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying,

And what shall we do?

John 6:28 KJV

Then said they unto him,

What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

Acts 2:37 KJV

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles,

Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Men and brethren, know that the Protestant Church did not come about following and obeying the Word from ground up, abandoning the traditions of men and the doctrines of men that she had inherited of the Mother Church, the Roman Catholic Church.

Rather, it was formed on the basis and foundations of the traditions and teachings of men, inherited of the Mother Church.

No doubt, the Protestant Church had changed and set into righteousness much and became very different from the Mother Church by the revelations the Reformers, the Patriarchs and the Revivalists had received.

Nevertheless, the Protestant Church did not begin from a clean slate, following after the Word of God from ground zero,

observing all things whatsoever our Lord Jesus has commanded us,

nor did the Protestant Church stand fast, and hold the traditions which we have been taught by the Apostles according to their words and Epistles.

Matthew 28:19-20 KJV

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

[20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:

and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

2 Thessalonians 2:15 KJV

Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Men and brethren, what shall we do then?

The answer is obvious.

We have to shake the Church and begin from the beginning once more.

The remedy is to,

1) Follow after the model or pattern of the Church prescribed by God from the Book of Acts to Revelation and discard any teachings or traditions that are not aligned with Scripture.

2) Observe which is to do, all things whatsoever our Lord Jesus has commanded us to do and to obey.

3) Stand fast, and hold the traditions by the Apostles according to their words and Epistles.

Let us not be shaken by the extent of the renewing of our mind is required of us,

for this falling away has been prophesied and has to come to pass in this last days by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For it is written,

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 KJV

Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him,

[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind,

or be troubled,

neither by spirit,

nor by word,

nor by letter as from us,

as that the day of Christ is at hand.

[3] Let no man deceive you by any means:

for that day shall not come,

except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Revelation 21:5 KJV

And He that sat upon the throne said,

Behold, I make all things new.

And He said unto me,

Write: for these words are true and faithful.
