A word of Wisdom: The Gospel according to Churchianity vs Biblical Christianity

A word of Wisdom:

The Gospel according to Churchianity vs Biblical Christianity

A) Churchianity

The good news according to Churchianity, the present mainstream Christianity is,

The gospel of Heaven.

The gospel of Heaven is mainly about:

1) Jesus is Lord and Saviour of our souls.

2) Repent, and be baptized with water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.

3) Salvation from sins of the soul.

4) Living and enjoying the life and inheritance as sons of God on earth.

5) Eternal life in heaven and not hell upon death.

It is all about the destination of eternal life in heaven and doing good on earth.

Churchianity calls this the Full Gospel.

B) Biblical Christianity

The good news according to Jesus and the Apostles is,

The gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven

The gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven is mainly about:

1) Proclaiming the Kingdom of Heaven is come, here on earth as it is in Heaven

And

The fullness of the perfect Kingdom of Heaven, the New Jerusalem which is to come when Jesus comes again to reign as the King of kings and the Lord of lords on earth

And

Heaven or paradise as the temporary abode upon our death.

2) Jesus is God, King, Lord, Saviour, Healer, Sanctifier and Baptizer with the Holy Ghost.

3) Repent, and be baptized with water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins

4) Full Salvation from sins of the spirit, the soul and the body and the new body be given when Jesus comes again.

5) Jesus shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and fire,

the Spirit shall give you utterance to speak with other tongues

and

You shall receive power to be witnesses onto Him onto both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and onto the uttermost part of the earth.

6) The Holy Spirit shall dwell in you as His temple and empower you with 9 supernatural gifts (1 Cor 12:7-11) to serve in the Kingdom of Heaven

7) You shall be given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ:

He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

8) Live and walk in the Spirit the Way, the Truth and the Life as Jesus showed us as sons of God here on earth.

9) Perform your duties as royal priests of the Kingdom of Heaven to;

- preach the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven to the poor

- heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and cast out devils

- heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

- destroy the works of the devil qnd the kingdom of darkness

Be honest and true with yourself:

Matthew 12:34 KJV

... for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

What you have been talking about, preaching all your years in your life as a Christian tells of the gospel you have received.

What you have actually put into action is the reality apart from whatever rich knowledge you possessed of the Word of God in your head

If you are not a doer but a mere hearer, it is simply a vanity of vanities.

James 1:22-24 KJV

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

[23] For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

[24] For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

What have you been missing all your years as a Christian?

Have you received the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven

Or

Have you really only received the watered down gospel of Heaven?

  1. The Church has drifted too far to the left away from the First Century Church? We have ignored the Day of Pentecost, ignored the Ruach Hakodesh and are practicing from the head and not the Spirit! Come Holy Spirit, Come!
